Arrive at lu macs at 9 am. Have a ladies lunch party need some wine. Store closed it's 9 am no signs of life in the dark store. Went next door to lu macs convenient store asked the woman at the counter when the package store will be open she says 9 o'clock. It's 9:10 and the store closed no signs kn. She tells me I don't know what to tell you. The owner drives a red truck he's usually here. What kind of customer service is that. Rude and unprofessional! Sad really can't even be helped with out rude service here at lu macs package store.
Small store, and ok prices. Only one in area that isnt jacked up for prices close to foxwoods.
Excellent location between a liquor store and a pizza restaurant. The store has a postal station and just about anything you may need for a quick pickup.
