I have no idea who "Dave Kravitz" is but the real owner of the building is a great guy and the same goes for the gentleman who runs/owns David's Cafe. It's been awhile since I've regularly found myself kicking back drinks at David's but I still stop in here and there. It's my favorite dive bar in the area. Very much a laid back local bar. Food is good too.
